Naturally there are many types of houses in goa, and all are close to a beach - more or less, although not all can be considered a Beach house in goa, this definition is kept only to houses sited directly on a beach.

In reality not many of those Goa beach houses in fact exist, this realty is kept mostly thanks to the very strict laws of Goa government and the ministries in charge of tourism, these laws are meant to preserve the nature and the coastline, the wildlife and the local villages from any harm.
