Is beach hut type accommodation available all year?

No. Due to the temporary nature of beach hut accommodation, most resorts located directly on the beach in Goa only have licences to operate from approximately October 15 to May 15.

What does the room rate include?

All facilities listed in the room descriptions are included in the room rate. To view the facilities, just click on the 'Rooms' tab under the resort listing. You can also view the 'Terms & Conditions' tab to see if breakfast or anything else, such as taxes, are included. The information can also be found in your booking confirmation email.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

Yes. For reservation deposits we accept payments by PayPal, Debit Card through PayPal (note: only available in certain countries), Western Union, India or International Bank Transfers (note: please verify with your bank for any associated transfer fees).

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Within 12 hours of receiving the advance deposit for the reservation, will send the customer a booking confirmation receipt by email with reservation details.

Can I cancel or change my reservation with

Yes. It's easy to change or cancel your reservation. Please verify the resorts 'Terms & Conditions' listed under the resort listing for the cancellation policy. For most resorts the advance payment deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival date.

How can I see how much a resort room costs?

On each resort listing, the room rates are located on the 'Rooms' tab under each room description. For rates that are listed 'On Request', please email for rates an availability. If a room is available, we will send the customer and email detailing all associated room costs.

Are there additional charges for using PayPal or Credit / Debit Cards for reservation deposits?

Yes. For all reservation deposits completed by PayPal or Credit / Debit Card, we charge an extra 4% transaction fee. For any refunds due to room cancellations or changes, if payment was originally completed by PayPal or Credit / Debit Card, we charge an extra 4% transaction fee.

Do the resorts require a deposit or advance payment for room reservations?

Yes. Due to the temporary nature of beach hut resorts in Goa, and the lack of credit card facilities at the resorts, in order to confirm a reservation most resorts require a 50% advance deposit. Advance deposit payments are payable though by PayPal, Credit / Debit through PayPal, India or International Bank Transfer or by Western Union.
During the peak holiday period from December 20 to January 10, most resorts require a 100% non-refundable payment.

We are traveling with children, can we can an extra bed in the room?

Please verify each resorts 'Terms & Conditions' listed under the resort listing on our website for children, additional room guests and extra bed policies.
