If I arrive earlier/later than the advertised check-in time, can I still check in?
This is not a problem if your room is available. If not, the customer must respect the resorts check-in time in order for the room to be properly cleaned and ready for your stay.
Where do I find the resorts check-in / check-out times?
The resorts check-in / check-out time is stated in the in the resorts ‘Terms & Conditions’ tab listed under the resort listing.
Is it possible to check out later than the advertised check-out time?
Late check-outs can only be arranged directly with the resorts front desk staff, and it usually depends on availability.
Is it possible to request a smoking room?
Beach huts and rooms advertised are strictly non-smoking. Usually smoking is permit in the outside areas. Note: some public areas in Goa are considered non-smoking.
