The beach resort’s rooms are available to tourists throughout the 12 months of the year. All rooms have, a double bed or twin beds, mosquito nets, blankets, an attached bathroom with hot and cold water and Western-style toilet, television with cable TV and a balcony with sea view.

Cleos Agonda’s spacious luxury beach huts are available for tourists from the month of October till May every year. The generously proportioned rooms all have an attached modern bathroom with hot and cold water and Western-style toilet, double beds, mosquito nets and blankets. The huts also provide shelves for clothing and a dressing space with mirror, LCD television with cable TV, air conditioners and a sea-facing balcony.

Cleos Agonda’s deluxe Kerala-style beach villas boast all the same facilities as the Kerala-style beach huts, but are even more luxurious and amply proportioned. The vibrant colours on the outside of the buildings are toned down to a softer palette indoor, where a sense of tranquility and great comfort is assured. They too have an attached modern bathroom with hot and cold water and Western-style toilet, double beds, mosquito nets and blankets. The villas also provide shelves for clothing and a dressing space with mirror, LCD television with cable TV, air conditioners and a sea-facing balcony.
