Cancellations

In case of cancellation of your Hotel booking due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the email/letter and cancellation charges would be as follows:

14 days to 7 days prior to arrival - 10% of the total stay.
6 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - 25% of the total stay.
Less than 48 hours or NO SHOW – full stay will be charged.
