Neptune Point Hill Top Resort, is built up the hill of Colomb bay, the beach set on the outskirts of Palolem beach to the south, overviewing the magnificent little Colomb beach and well known Palolem beach.

Neptune Point Hill Top Resort features 13 huts / cottages, set on the hill side within the nature, all with a great balcony looking down the bay, 500 meters from Palolem beach.

Neptune Point Hill Top Goa offers a small in-house restaurant serving Indian, Chinese and continental menu, mostly to the guest of the resort and a 24 hour bar. the resort desk offers extra services like ticketing, taxi, laundry etc…

Neptune Point cottages are very quiet and simple including fans, mosquito nets, toilets, shower and free toiletries, very cool balcony and private sitting area.

Neptune Point Hill Top has 13 Hill Top Huts, all are simply decorated and comfortable, the huts set not to close to each other on the hill side of Colomb bay set with in suite showers, double beds, fans and mosquito nets, and truly special balconies equipped with shanty sitting areas looking down to the blue waters of the Arabian sea.

Neptune Point Hill Top Goa resort is on Colomb beach hill side. 500 meters of Palolem beach, and 1km of Patnem beach, Chaudi, Canacona bus stand and Canacona train station are about 7 minutes taxi drive. 8 km from Agonda Junction. About 50km south of Dabolim International Airport, Goa - 1.5 hour drive. Attractions in the near are Palolem beach, Patnem and Agonda beach, Galjibag beach, Cola beach and just 9 km from Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary.

Booking only confirmed once 50% deposit has been completed.
100% deposit (non-refundable) required during the Peak Holiday period from Dec 22 to Jan 5.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, full payment will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 1 nite retention will be charged..
Deposits are non-refundable for bookings during the Peak Period from Dec 22 to Jan 5.

Child / Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge if using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged INR 700 per night in an extra bed.
