Terms & Conditions

Check in Time 12:00, Check out Time 11:00
Room rates are inclusive of all Taxes.
Room rates are based on double occupancy.
Minimum Booking 6 nights during Peak period from Dec 22 to Jan 5.
Booking only confirmed once 50% deposit has been completed.
100% deposit (non-refundable) required during the Peak Holiday period from Dec 22 to Jan 5.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, full payment will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 1 night will be charged.
Deposits are non-refundable for bookings during the Peak Period from Dec 22 to Jan 5.

Child / Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge if using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged 1,000 INR per night in an extra bed.
