Sea Shades is a new resort aimed at budget and longer term travelers who want to stay in popular Palolem without breaking the bank. The resort offers eight colourful cosy cottages in a peaceful location at the south end of Palolem - just a short stroll from the picture-perfect beach but still close enough to hear the waves at night.

Whilst simple and basically furnished, all the rooms come with western bathrooms and hot showers, double beds, fans and fresh bed linen and towels. Each cottage also has a small veranda with comfy cane chairs.

There is no restaurant at the resort, but drinks and juices can be ordered and there are plenty of nearby options for eating, either on the beach or at nearby Ourem 88 - a highly acclaimed modern European restaurant. The friendly local owner is also happy to make recommendations for supplies and activities in the neighbourhood.

Location

Sea Shades is located on the southern end of Palolem beach in South Goa. The closest Bus Stand is in Palolem Beach, Patnem Beach or Canacona/Chaudi 1 km away. Canacona Train Station – 1.5 km. Dabolim International Airport, Goa – 60 km. Within a 15 km radius of Palolem beach is Patnem beach, Colomb beach, Agonda beach, Rajbag Beach, Galgibaga Beach, Cola Beach and Cabo da Rama.

Terms & Conditions

Room rates are inclusive of all Taxes.
Room rates are based on double occupancy.
Minimum Booking 6 nights during Peak period from Dec 20 to Jan 5.
Booking only confirmed once 50% deposit has been completed.

Cancellations

Deposit will be refunded If booking is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date.
Any cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund.
Deposits are non-refundable for bookings during the Peak Period from Dec 20 to Jan 5.

Child / Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge if using existing beds.
One child or adult is charged 500 INR per night, per person in extra mattress.
