Lala land is a new Goa resort, set on the path along the outskirts of Colomb village, in the north part of Patnem beach, it is well facilitated and modern, and on season Lalaland Patnem is offering a selection of the best cottages in Goa.

The resort is built on the shoulder of a small hill overlooking the amazing Colomb bay, surrounded green nature, bamboo and coconut pines, the common area is a vast garden with comfortable sitting areas a bar and a restaurant.

Location

Lalaland is Located on the north part of Patnem beach, and borders Colomb bay, about 2 minutes walk to the Patnem beach, 5 minutes drive to Palolem beach or Patnem main road, and 10 minutes to the train station near Chaudi town, the resort has a road leading directly to the main Gate.

Rooms

Lala Land offers 3 types of Rooms, Standard Cottage – AC, sleeps 2, Family Cottage – AC, sleep 4, and Mini Cottage – Non AC, sleeps 2. Each one of the 20 cottages is unique in both design and structure, and all have a private balcony and a sitting area, some of the larger cabins enjoy direct sea view over the bay.

Restaurants and Bars

Lalaland Restaurant is set inside the resort gardens, with a terrace viewing out over Colomb bay, the menu is generally continental, but offers Goan and Indian cuisine as well as child meals. The Restaurant bar has a large selection of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and fresh juice.

Room rates are based on double occupancy.
Minimum Booking 8 nights during Peak period from Dec 20 to Jan 5.
Booking only confirmed once 50% deposit has been completed.

Cancellations

Deposit will be refunded If booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.
Any cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund.
Deposits are non-refundable for bookings during the Peak Period from Dec 20 to Jan 5.

Child / Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
One child under 5 years stays free of charge if using existing beds.
One child or adult is charged 1,500 INR per night, per person in extra mattress.
